1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the API, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Zywrap provides a unified API platform that allows developers to access pre-built AI wrappers and templates. The Service acts as a proxy, adding instructions, constraints, and formatting parameters to user requests before routing them to underlying AI models (such as those provided by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.).

3. User Accounts & API Keys

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or API keys.
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys or suspend accounts that exhibit suspicious, abusive, or non-compliant behavior.

4. Payments, Credits, & BYOK

Credits: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on the underlying model used and the number of tokens processed.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): If you use the BYOK feature, you are responsible for any charges incurred directly with your chosen AI provider (e.g., OpenAI). Zywrap will only charge credits for the routing and wrapper processing, according to your specific subscription plan.

Refunds: All purchases of credits or subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Generate or distribute malicious, harmful, deceptive, or highly objectionable content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying prompt templates, source code, or logic of the Service.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any rate limits, security measures, or billing mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

Zywrap retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the API, dashboard, SDKs, and the specific prompt templates/wrappers provided. You retain all rights to the data you send to the API and the specific outputs generated for you by the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zywrap and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this Site. Your continued use of the service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
